My Portfolio

A short film featuring the BMW M3 Touring, which I made as a personal project. The story revolves around an apparent “drug deal”, adding tension and drama to the film. Only at the very end do we find out what’s actually being handed over: a bottle of Paulaner Spezi.

Alongside the story, I wanted to experiment with different angles, camera movements and details to create a short automotive film with a touch of humour.

A short automotive film featuring a supermoto and the distinctive atmosphere of a petrol station at night. Neon lights, empty streets and the bike take centre stage. I made this video as a personal project, experimenting with lighting, details and different angles to capture that night-ride vibe.

Rather than telling an elaborate story, I wanted to use a simple location and a motorcycle to create something atmospheric and cinematic.

When you look at a finished piece of furniture or a timber house, it’s easy to overlook all the work that went into it. That’s the story I wanted to tell with this film: from a tree in the forest, through the sawmill, to Maik Westfahl’s workshop.

There, the wood becomes something new, step by step. I had the chance to follow Maik as he worked and show how experience, good ideas and hands-on craftsmanship turn a raw material into something built to last.
